Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations. You will work closely with various teams, providing essential support to facilitate a productive work environment

This position is both creative and rigorous and very technical. By nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills. A mastering in both French and English is mandatory.  Experience in Accounting, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire Office Administration, Purchases, Supply Chain Management,  Customer Service and  Professional Service and Sales & Marketing
  • Achieve monthly Customer Experience Sales Objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Master demos of our software

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Passion for software, automotive and industrial automation  products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and French
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Experience in vehicle security and mobility services
  • Technical mastering in Industrial automation
  • Strong analytical skills
